Weeks ago, David’s West Africa Weekly obtained subpoenaed docs from Richard Daley College, Chicago State University and Delliotte and it showed these discrepancies compared to what Tinubu submitted to INEC:
Different dates of birth
Failure to provide evidence of attendance of a school that appears on his academic record
Failure to disclose a secondary citizenship
Forgery of a university degree certificate and
A potential instance of identity theft

“In the case of Atiku v. Chicago State University, in a matter concerning Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in far away Chicago Illinois, the court documents established that it has jurisdiction over the matter under US law, which authorises any interested person to request that a US District Court order the discovery of documents and testimony for use in a foreign proceeding from persons who "reside or are found" within its District."
The court, therefore, held that Atiku satisfied all statutory requirements as he is an interested person and the respondent, Chicago State University, is a public university established and existing under the laws of Illinois, with its principal campus and offices in Chicago.
It said it would not hesitate to grant the prayers of Atiku.”
The FBI confirmed they have cases against Tinubu and the issues are not only about the rigged elections.

According to public records, Dr. Daniel and Dr. Lubin who signed Bola Tinubu’s forged certificates in Chicago State University, did not join CSU until the late 1990s-around two decades after CSU supposedly awarded the June 22 diploma and/or the June 27 diploma to Mr. Bola Tinubu.
1.Documents produced by Chicago State University, CSU, said the Bola Tinubu who attended that institution is a U.S Citizen. While the Bola Tinubu who contested the 2023 Presidential Elections said in his INEC form he has always been a Nigerian and has never adopted any other nationality.
2.Documents provided by Chicago State University said the Bola Tinubu who attended that institution was born in 1954. But the Bola Tinubu who contested the Presidential election said in his INEC form that he was born in 1952.
3.Documents provided by Chicago State University said the Bola Tinubu who applied to that institution submitted a prior transcript from Southwest College identifying as a female.
4.Documents produced by the Chicago State University said the Bola Tinubu who attended that institution graduated from Government College, Lagos, in 1970. But the Bola Tinubu who contested the 2023 Presidential elections did not indicate any secondary school in his forms.
